The bylaws of the SUR require that once complete and reviewed, applications for Fellowship be presented at the next regularly scheduled business meeting, which will occur in Rancho Mirage, California in February 2008. The bylaws also state that election to Fellow status requires a two-thirds majority vote of current Fellows present and eligible to vote, providing that at least one-half of ALL Fellows eligible to vote are in attendance.

In order to assure that an adequate number of Fellows have the opportunity to vote for the six candidates currently being considered, we are providing this opportunity to vote to those who are UNABLE to attend the SUR business meeting in Rancho Mirage.

If you will NOT be present for the business meeting in Rancho Mirage, please take a moment to read the brief biographies provided and cast your vote on behalf of the Fellow applicants. Your "absentee" ballot must be submitted by February 1.
